Why are tours only after hours?

Your child’s safety is always our top priority. To protect the privacy and security of children in care, we don’t allow visitors during business hours. By scheduling tours after hours, we can give families our full attention in a calm, quiet environment—no interruptions, no distractions, just time to explore and ask all your questions.

What can I expect from a tour?

Your tour is a chance to see our space, meet our leadership team, and learn how our childcare model works. We’ll walk you through our classrooms, daily routines, and curriculum, and answer all your questions so you can feel confident about your childcare decision.

Are tours private or group sessions?

While tours are kept small and after hours, up to 3 other families may be part of your tour.

What happens after the tour?

After your visit, we’ll follow up with enrollment information and next steps if you’d like to become a member. There’s no pressure—we want you to feel confident and informed.

How far in advance should I schedule a tour?

We offer tours regularly, so spots don’t usually fill up. However, if you’ve already applied or plan to start soon, it’s best to schedule your tour as early as possible. Since we only enroll families with start dates within the next two months, we prioritize tours for those preparing to begin care soon. This helps us keep tour times available for families who are ready to move forward.

Who can come to the tour?

Anyone important to your childcare decision is welcome! We recommend bringing the child who would attend, as well as spouses, partners, grandparents, or other family members.

Who gives the tours?

All tours are led by one of our center directors to ensure you receive the most accurate information and can get thoughtful answers to all your questions.

Do I need to bring anything to the tour?

Not at all—just your questions! If you’re ready to move forward, we can also discuss next steps and enrollment details.

What if I can’t make any of the time slots?

If you don’t see a time that fits your schedule, let us know—we’ll work with you to find something that works.

Are tours required for membership?

No, tours are not required for membership. However, tours are the only time you will be able to see inside the play space where your children will be as we do not allow tours during business hours.

What if I need to reschedule my tour?

No problem at all! Life happens. You can easily reschedule through your confirmation email or by reaching out to us directly.
