Simply purchase a gift card above and provide it to a current member. You can email or print it!
Have them present it at The Nest Family Center and we will apply the credit to their membership account!

Each member pays by the hour, but their hourly rate depends on their tier. You can view our pricing here to get a sense of how many hours your gift card purchase might cover. If you have any questions, give us a call!

No, the gift card is non-refundable and can only be used as a credit on a member's account.

The gift card is added to a member's account as a credit and can be used to reduce the cost of monthly payments or to purchase items like snacks, lunch packs, and more.

You must be a member to redeem the gift card, but the gift card itself isn't tied to any particular member. Because of this, if you know someone who is thinking of starting a membership, you could purchase a gift card for them to be applied toward their first monthly payment.

No, while memberships are recurring, the gift card functions as a one-time credit on an account. Once the credit is used up, it does not renew. However, if the gift card amount is sufficient, it can cover multiple months of a member's payments.
Terms & Conditions
Redemption:
Gift cards may be redeemed for childcare services provided by The Nest Family Center.
Gift cards cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase other gift cards.
Validity:
Gift cards are valid for one year from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated.
Expired gift cards will not be honored.
Non-Transferable:
Gift cards are non-transferable and may only be used by the designated recipient unless prior approval is obtained.
Partial Use:
If the total cost of services is less than the value of the gift card, the remaining balance will be credited to the recipient's account for future use.
No refunds will be issued for unused balances.
Booking Requirements:
Use of the gift card is subject to availability and our standard booking policies.
Exclusions:
Gift cards cannot be applied toward late fees, special event fees, or other charges not directly related to regular childcare services.
Lost or Stolen Gift Cards:
Lost, stolen, or damaged gift cards will not be replaced. Treat them as cash.
Fraud:
Any attempt to duplicate, alter, or tamper with a gift card will render it void.
Policy Changes:
The Nest Family Center reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
